Yang/Yin Yogi's

This course is 4 weeks of balancing out the energies of the body. Each week we will focus on different areas of the body from the hips to the shoulders using postures, breathing rhythms and self massage techniques. The class will begin with flow and strength, move towards longer held postures and end with Meditation. Tuesday 6-7:30pm at HappyFit studio.
